ZONE’s success depends on the strength of our partnerships that prioritise sustainability, fair labour practices, and environmental responsibility. Every ZONE supplier and employee is expected to follow these principles, which we monitor through regular evaluations. We value partnerships based on transparency, trust, and collaboration, which foster a responsible and sustainable supply chain.Suppliers and staff must follow fair employment practices, respecting workers' rights to safe working conditions, fair compensation, and freedom from discrimination, harassment, or forced labor. Child labor is strictly prohibited.
ZONE suppliers and staff must provide a safe, clean, and healthy workplace for all employees, complying with local laws and creating an environment that prevents accidents and injuries.
We expect suppliers to actively work on minimising environmental impacts by using sustainable materials and innovative practices, such as renewable energy and low impact dyes.
Staff and suppliers must adhere to local laws regarding working hours and provide compensation that meets or exceeds legal standards.
Full transparency is essential. Suppliers must submit to inspections and provide access to production facilities and records, ensuring compliance with ZONE’s standards.
ZONE expects all partners to continuously improve their operations, taking immediate corrective action if issues arise. Failure to comply may result in termination of business relations.

By aligning with suppliers who invest in education and infrastructure, ZONE contributes to a positive impact locally and globally.
