Model Sizing:
Chelsea 167cm and 58kg wears a size small in Ocean Blue and Black (video). Jazz wears Large in Black. Lydia 157cm and 58kg wears small in Blue Coral, Shiitake and Olive Green.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. A $12.95 flat fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your item is received and inspected. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Please note, there are no returns on sale items.

Hemp fabric is a super-fiber—natural, durable, strong, yet soft and comfortable. We've put our garments through their paces, including machine washing on hot cycles and tumble drying (not recommended!). Amazingly, they’ve bounced back every time.
While it's great to know how resilient hemp is, we want to help you extend your garment’s life.
Follow these care instructions:
Wash inside out to protect the print
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours
Avoid bleach, soaking, and fabric softener (the fabric is soft enough!)
Try not to tumble dry—dry flat with the print open
Use a cool iron if needed (avoid ironing over the print)
Do not dry clean

Extremely comfortable bike shorts. Really love wearing them. The only thing that would make them better is if the pocket was longer so it could more comfortably fit a mobile phone.
As a side 18 starting to fitness journey back to my regular size 12, I bought these as motivation. They are SO comfortable and perfect in every possible way. They are so soft and stretchy. I could’ve easily sized down but I like a soft fit. The pockets are awesome. I’ll be wearing these most days and plan to keep buying more sizing my way down on my weight loss journey. Don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed.
Loving the blue coral bike shorts. This is my second pair & they haven’t disappointed! Great fit & with that little bit extra in length, perfect for when you want a bit more coverage.
5’7 60kg. I went with a size M however slightly smaller around the waist so a small would have been a tighter fit but as they stay in place perfectly I’m 100% happy
Beautiful cotton fabric. I sized down and they are firm fit which is how I prefer my bike pants. Legs don’t ride up like nearly every other brand. I love my Zone pants!
I am in love with my new shorts. I have been contemplating upgrading my activewear for a while since knowing how toxic synthetic fibres are. Zone by Lydia was recommended by a friend and I am now converted! I love the ocean blue colour! So much more comfortable than my old activewear brand too. I was a size US 2, and tried both the XS and S. Much prefer the XS for a firmer fit :)
Very happy with these. Very comfy on my curvy postpartum body. Good length on my legs as well (I’m a tall girlie). Will be buying more - will probably size down next time (I’m a usual size 16 and purchased XXL but will try XL next time for tighter on the waist).
Obsessed I’m buying more! I’m petite, 158cm and 54kg, with slightly wider hips than upper body, so I sized up (Medium) and it’s absolutely perfect. I hate restrictive activewear that dig into thigh fat or have tight waist bands. These are so comfortable, they do not disappoint! I’ve washed and worn them a few times already and they have kept good shape.
Fabulous!!!! Have been looking for some non polyester bike shorts with pockets for ages and so glad I found these! They're super comfortable, although could be an inch longer for my preference. But plan on buying many more. I was concerned about buying online as I have a pear shaped body so pants usually fit weird but these are perfect (even freshly postpartum). I'm 180cm tall, 90kgs, 120cm hip, 100cm waist size 16 in pants usually and in these as well. Thanks so much guys so geeatful you created this product!
I love the color and the overall vibe of these shorts, but I think I might just need to size up for the shorts to fit me the way I want them to... NOT as compressive and supportive as my true size S. I think I'm just really sensitive to stomach compression and do not like it really at all, so I think a size up M would actually be perfect for me.
I bought these pants and after washing them on a cold cycle 5+ times the colour is still running and has stained all my other clothing. The picture depicts a cloth that was previously white and this was after multiple washes. When I contacted the company initially I was gaslit being told “ All of our garnet shorts are from the same batch, and we haven’t received this feedback before. I also have a pair myself and haven’t experienced this.” Presumably if they are all from the same batch this will also happen to you. No return was offered despite them clearly being faulty. I am very disappointed and would strongly advise against purchasing.
The perfect biker shorts! I’ve been looking for workout clothes made with natural materials, for running especially. These hold up well, are breathable, pockets for phone and keys, high waisted style stays in place. Also cute for day to day wear.

I am very pleased with my purchase. I was worried about how I would look in bike shorts at 40, after recently having 2 kids, but I feel very confident wearing these. They are nice and firm, and feel supportive, yet do not restrict movement. I love the high waist, and the pockets on each side. I have done a few high intensity gym classes wearing these, and I didn't not have to adjust them, they stayed in place! I was also very impressed with the home compostable packaging.
Love these. After wearing plastic based activewear for years I'm transitioning my workout wardrobe to natural fibres. My skin feels better for it. Love the fit and colour. I usually run 15-20kms per week and have been wearing these for most runs. Please make matching strappy sports crops... the matching crop you have is ok but it's a relaxed yoga style, need something sportier.
Nice colour, they don't ride down during exercise, long lasting and maintain shape. Really happy with the quality. Usually a size small but as recommended I sized up and purchased a M, fits well.

So comfortable, great color, fitting is on point, no sweat marks, i can go on - im in love with this product and overall brand!

Love love love my shorts! Ive had them for 2 weeks and it’s ll I want to wear when I go to the gym, can’t wait for the restock so I can buy all the colours. These are a size L and perfect! I love the feel of the fabric and the flat stitching and size panel where the pocket is offered extra stretch and comfort!
Hi, they were pretty nice and have pockets which is a plus. However, I will say they may run small I believe due to the fabric material. Hemp -I feel, does not have much elasticity but I will just be sizing up next time.
Gym tested and bike tested! The truly high waist is great wearing with for cropped tanks. Less skimpy fabric than my mainstream options, less odour trapping, and they hug curves attractively. It feels so good to be putting on something that isn't plastic.
I’ve tried many more natural fibre brands and they have failed to deliver on comfort, squat testing & sweaty spots. Zone have definitely nailed it! Not only comfy, but also practical, look great and are great for the environment & our hormones. Will definitely be purchasing more!
In love with these shorts, definitely need to buy more. I was pleasantly surprised that they’re even great for working out in the gym. They’re so breathable. The size is generous and comfortable for everyday wear.

Love these bike shorts! Before these bike shorts I literally never wore bike shorts never liked the fabric or the fit on me until ZONE brought these out! They are the best and love the pockets too, I have 3 pairs and another on the way. I can’t upload a photo as I returned this colour as it was very close to my black pair and already have a blue pair from zone so I ordered the olive green ones and I can’t wait to receive them! Love all my other 3 pairs so much and because I live in Brisbane I pretty much wear these 9months of the year! Excellent quality and hold me in around my stomach area too makes me feel super supported :)
